2024 Fundraising Campaign

Old Church Theater’s fundraising goal for the summer of 2024 is to raise $140,000 to help match a grant of the same amount that has been awarded to us through the Congressional District Spending Request Grant with the help of the Office of Senator Bernie Sanders.

This is a critical moment for the OCT Restoration Project. The Grant Award, and its matching funds will be a combined total of $280,000 to be used towards the restoration of the historic Old Church Theater building. Specifically, these funds will allow us to move forward with installing an HVAC system, and a sprinkler system, as well as ADA upgrades.

What does that mean?
While the restoration will not be fully finished with this work alone, it will allow us reoccupy the building, and perform, while the other elements of the project are completed.
